Goal:
Improve the user experience by making it easier for readers to find relevant content, navigate between related topics, and engage more deeply with the site.

Skills & Process:

  • Content auditing – Reviewed and refined existing content to remove outdated or flawed material.

  • Information Architecture (IA) – Collaborated with UX designers to update IA and create new page templates.

  • Taxonomy development – Defined new content categories and taxonomies to improve structure and findability.

  • SEO & keyword research – Partnered with SEO and analytics teams to align changes with traffic and engagement goals.

  • Competitor analysis – Researched competitor approaches to inform strategy and structure.
