AI-Enhanced Content Production:
1,000+ Job-Specific Resume Guides

​​Project description: Produce over 1,000 tailored resume-writing guides. These job-specific pages provided users with clear, actionable insights for crafting effective resumes aligned with industry expectations.

My role: As the lead content strategist, I led the development and execution of a scalable content initiative for Resume Now that combined LLM (large language model) technology with editorial best practices.

Goal: To efficiently scale high-quality, SEO-optimized content across a large volume of job titles—delivering relevant, engaging resume guidance while dramatically reducing production time and resource strain.

Process:

  • Strategy & Planning: Defined a templatized content framework and wrote pilot pages to ensure consistency, quality, and adaptability across 1,000+ pages.

  • Team Leadership: Managed a cross-functional team of writers, editors, and technologists to execute the content strategy.

  • LLM Integration: Incorporated AI-generated first drafts using large language models, which were then refined and customized by editors for clarity, tone, and accuracy.

  • Quality Control: Developed editorial guidelines and review workflows to maintain high standards across all pages.

  • Collaboration: Partnered with SEO and product teams to ensure discoverability and alignment with user needs.


Results:

  • 1,000+ Job-Specific Guides Published: Successfully launched a vast library of targeted resume-writing resources.

Project description: Develop a comprehensive, evergreen how-to guide that walks job seekers through the process of writing a strong, personalized cover letter.

My role: As Content Strategy Manager, I developed the content strategy and wrote the content for this page. The content was designed to demystify a common job search pain point, the piece blends actionable tips, structural guidance, and real-world examples to help readers craft compelling applications with confidence.


Goal: To create a high-performing, SEO-optimized editorial asset that supports users at a key stage of the job application process while reinforcing Resume Now’s authority as a trusted career resource.


Process:

  • Content Strategy: Identified cover letter writing as a high-impact, high-search-intent topic aligned with user needs and business goals.

  • Research & UX Focus: Analyzed top-ranking competitors and user behavior to shape structure, length, and tone. Researched user pain points to address in content.

  • Content Development: Wrote a step-by-step guide that balances expert advice, practical examples, and clear formatting tips.

  • SEO Optimization: Integrated strategic keywords, headers, and metadata to maximize discoverability.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Worked with design and product teams to create informative infographics and ensure mobile-friendly formatting and strong on-page experience.


Results:

  • High-Intent Evergreen Content: Produced a core resource that continues to attract high-volume organic traffic and support user success.

Content Design Project:
Content Hub UX Optimization Project

Project description: Redesign a blog site that contained over 2,000 editorial articles to improve UX and make information more accessible to users.

 

My role: I identified the main issues on the site, pitched and led a content hub reorganization project for LiveCareer, which involved redesigning a blog site that contained over 2,000 editorial articles.

Goal: Improve the user experience by making it easier for readers to find relevant content, navigate between related topics, and engage more deeply with the site.


Process:

  • Auditing existing content to eliminate outdated or flawed content.

  • Define new content categories and taxonomies.

  • Collaborate with UX designers on an updated IA and page templates.

  • Work closely with SEO and analytics teams to ensure the changes aligned with traffic and engagement goals.


Result:

  • A reorganized, easy to navigate, user-centered content hub that improved content discoverability.

  • The redesign resulted in a 36% increase in engagement and significantly reduced bounce rates—helping users find what they needed faster, and stay on site longer.

Digital Public Relations Project:
International Career Regrets Survey

Project description: Develop a data-driven global public relations campaign to garner press coverage, improve company name recognition and generate site visits and conversions.

 

My role: I developed and led a data-driven campaign centered around a global survey exploring career regrets across the U.S., UK, France, and Germany. Through original research and storytelling, the piece tapped into common workplace regrets and career decision-making behaviors—resonating with a wide audience navigating the evolving world of work in 2025.
 

Goal: To generate brand visibility and engagement by producing original research-based content that captures timely workforce insights and emotional resonance—positioning Resume Now as both a thought leader and a career-support resource.
 

Process:

  • Concept & Strategy: Identified “career regret” as a compelling, timely topic with emotional and professional relevance through SEO keyword searches and research.

  • Survey Design: With AI-assistance, I wrote 20 survey questions targeting workers across four countries the focused on common career regrets.

  • Content Development: Translated quantitative findings into a press release and report.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinated with design and marketing teams to create visuals and post content.

  • SEO Research and Writing: Ensured the piece was optimized for search and contained the appropriate SEO keywords.
     

Results:

  • Original Research Published: Created a timely, research-backed article that captured real worker sentiment and sparked conversation.

  • High Engagement Potential: Leveraged relatable insights (e.g., 66% of workers have career regrets) to drive clicks, shares, and time on page.

  • Press Coverage: The research was picked up by 27 press outlets, which drove additional site visits, shares and conversions.
